Here's the rundown, not in any ranked order - just what we actually see by area.
- Piperton (5 mi) and Germantown (5 mi) - close enough that we're often back the same week for a second house on the same street. Stock here skews toward the newer end of the 1978-2007 build window, so openers more than spring systems.
- Lakes of Forest Hill (4 mi WSW) and Buckingham Farms (6 mi W) - same newer-build pattern, mostly post-2000 openers with circuit boards that fail before the springs do.
- Rossville (9 mi), Richwood (6 mi W), and Bennington (9 mi WSW) - a mix of eras, so we see both: original torsion springs on older sections and board failures on newer ones.
- Arlington (14 mi), Lakeland (15 mi), and Oakland (15 mi) - longer drives, same housing window, so we try to batch these with other calls out that direction.
- Gray's Creek (8 mi N) and Gallaway (19 mi) - Gallaway is our longest regular haul, so if it's not urgent, expect a scheduled slot rather than a same-day run.
